Since the 16th Century, 23 carat gold leaf in spirits has been a traditional priviledge for Royal families and statesmen in Europe.
The additional of gold leaf in wines and spirits represented a symbol of importance and status.

In the early 1900's people began to drink the water of famous spas such as Baden-Baden or Carlsbad.
Gold leaf was often added to these waters as a supplement to the treatment.

Today the creation of Gold Cuvèe is the revival of tradition and romance.
Gold leaf is added by hand to every single bottle, which goes through many careful inspections and tasting procedures.
This is to ensure that you receive only the very best quality of Gold Cuvèe.
